By engaging in any service provided by Echoes of Time, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein. This Disclaimer is intended to set appropriate expectations, clarify the nature of services, and limit liability to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Client Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

By participating in any session, you agree that you:

● Are voluntarily seeking a mediumship or intuitive service.

● Accept complete responsibility for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.

● Acknowledge the limitations and speculative nature of the Services.

● Release Echoes Of Time, its employees, agents, and contractors from all liability, damages, or claims arising from your participation in the Services.

6. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to schedule or receive a reading or session. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must give written consent and be present during the session.

7. Health and Emotional Considerations

Spiritual and mediumship sessions may involve emotionally sensitive topics, including but not limited to grief, loss, trauma, or unresolved personal issues. If you are experiencing severe

emotional distress, depression, suicidal thoughts, or any mental health condition, you are strongly encouraged to seek help from a qualified mental health professional.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

All information shared during a session is treated with strict confidentiality, unless:

Session notes may be kept for internal purposes but will not be shared or sold to any third party.

9. Recording and Intellectual Property

Clients are not permitted to record sessions without the express written consent of Echoes of Time. Similarly, the contents of a session, including any written material or proprietary frameworks, remain the intellectual property of Echoes of Time and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Echoes of Time reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, intoxication, or inappropriate conduct. Sessions may be terminated at any time if a client exhibits behavior that is aggressive, threatening, or otherwise makes the practitioner uncomfortable.

11. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

● Payment: All sessions must be paid for in advance.

● Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation.

● No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full and may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

● Refunds: Due to the nature of these services, all sales are generally final. Refunds are provided only at the sole discretion of Echoes of Time.

12. Testimonials and Client Experiences

Testimonials or reviews provided by past clients represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results for future clients. All testimonials are submitted voluntarily and with permission for public use.

13. Jurisdiction and Legal Venue

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Diego, California.

By scheduling or participating in a session with Echoes of Time, you acknowledge that you:
